1. Shipping Charges (India)

We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. There are no hidden fees or additional logistics charges.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation or COD verification.
Prepaid orders: Dispatched immediately upon verification.
COD orders: Dispatched only after telephone or OTP verification to verify the delivery details.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, standard delivery across India takes 5 to 7 business days. Sizing or custom details may add slightly to the timeline. Delivery times may vary depending on courier network coverage and weather variables.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, a tracking number and link will be sent to you via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (if provided). Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
